Principle:
Double plate wall safety plate heat exchanger works in the same principle as ordinary plate heat exchanger. The difference is that each heat transfer unit consists of two plates welded together, and the two plates are specially pressed so that they fit together completely to reduce thermal resistance.The four corner holes are welded by laser to form a heat transfer unit, which is equivalent to a sheet of ordinary removable heat exchanger.
