The equipment consists of a body, the circulating water side pipeline, the front and back transition section of the flue gas side, the flue gas heat exchanger body and the circulating water side pipes, valves and instruments in the flue gas heat exchanger range.  

Principle:
The water enters the flue gas hot water exchanger and the flue gas is discharged from the pipe.  The water side of each bundle is provided with an inlet and outlet maintenance isolation valve.  Each flue gas cooler is equipped with a safety valve.  Each group of plates is equipped with multiple exhaust valves to meet the requirements of water injection.  The flue gas heat exchanger in the initial stage of system startup or long-term shutdown before debugging, respectively, set up bypass cleaning pipe.  

What are the options of flue gas heat exchanger?  Flue gas heat exchanger is installed in the tail of the boiler waste heat recovery device, the use of heat exchange principle to reduce the boiler exhaust temperature, improve the boiler feed water temperature, to save fuel, energy conservation and environmental protection purposes.
