The sealing gasket is an important part of the plate heat exchanger. It is installed in the sealing groove to prevent the external leakage of the fluid and the internal leakage between the two bodies. It bears the pressure and temperature during operation and is also corroded by the working fluid. Different materials are suitable for different working conditions, from minus 45 ºC to minus 200 ºC, resistant to high temperature, high pressure and corrosion. Common materials include FKM, EPDM, NBR, etc.
High sealing performance: A uniform rubber strip, with a "convex" section design, is installed in the groove, which makes the seal fit more closely, has large sealing force and is not easy to leak.
Double insurance system:The inner side of the sealing gasket is provided with a specially designed discharge channel to prevent cross mixing. If the sealing gasket is damaged, the medium will be discharged outward for maintenance.
Large brand gasket, high corrosion resistance:Well known brand gaskets are elastic, anti-skid and wear-resistant, more resistant to pressure and corrosion, high temperature resistance ≤ 140 ºC, longer service life and easy cleaning.
